Location can be reached only with auto. No restaurant. A restaurant attached to this property has limited menu and average food quality. No other amenities and services found. Not worthy for money paid.

Good experience nice service they are provided

Exorbitant price and very unclean room, there were sand in the bathroom, blanket had foul smell, hot water was not available all the time. I will never recommend this room to anyone at this price

First thing the room was above average for one day stay and outside view was good but the location is too high one km we should walk through a highly elevated road without vehicle it is so difficult and also there is no restaurants near by you should order or you have to go down for better food and also hot water they have 45min in morning 6am to 6:45 am

Location is little inside but property is good. Justice for the money. Beds and washrooms were good. Staff were good and kind. I would love to stay here if ever come back

The place was fairly good, but the attitude of the reception people was very rude and disrespectful. I would not go there just because of the unpleasant behaviour.

It's good to stay no food is available near this resort.

It was non ac room, room inner is not at all good, they charged 9k per night for non ac room, what a shame. 5

The room was clean and good. The main plus point is the view of the hotel, as its almost the top of the conoor town.

Bedsheets and blankets were not clean

Even though have the google map location, we struggled to find the hotel, the location is good but surroundings are not as much expected.

rooms are worst, beds are all worst, toilets are terrible 😢 not good staff, for families not good stay.

3. Room service is poor

The stay was good and comfortable.

1) the rooms were ok. Shouldn’t expect too much. 2) they have not provided ceiling fans in rooms. Asked owner if he can provide table fan. He replied that they can’t provide it because of chilling climate in coonoor. 3) hot water in bathroom will come only for one hour (6 am to 7 am) in the morning. If you miss to do your activities within that one hour, then it pathetic, because the water will be at 5 to 10 degree celsius, which makes you loss sensation on skin. 4) they wont provide and prepare food.
