Average stay with non existent unmarked approach road

The location is very good and the property is also large, spacious and comfortable. But the approach road is horrible, no signs, no markers. We followed Google maps and entered a so called private road. The gate was open at entry, but closed at exit. The locals were very unhelpful and were not pleased to see us and very impolite. We lost nearly an hour searching for the road and finally reached. You need an off road vehicle since normal vehicles will get stuck. Trust me on this, do not visit this property during rains on normal vehicles. If you are stuck, no one will help. Food was average, no activities in the resort. You can just enjoy the peace and views. Not VFM for what you pay and what you get.

Excellent Stay

The Stay was superb with amazing view and room. The room had good facilities as expected from the property along with much needed ones. Overall its a much better stay compared to other properties in ooty.
