Water heater not working properly and no adequate water

It was a great stay, comfortable and spacious with a great view. They have adequate parking space. The caretaker was really helpful in getting things arranged and with all the requests at all times. Food provided was also good. Nothing much to complain about definitely a must try for a good peaceful experience.

Location is good… but room service not good

The place was so nice and had an nature and aesthetic view ,I had a great experience and the restaurant served us delicious meals and if you guys come with your family you can enjoy a lot and the service was also good overall I had a good peaceful days with my husband and my son

Worst property maintenance bad smell

Facility is pathetic

The location of the property is excellent not very close to city and not very far it's easily accessible. However, the room conditions were extremely disappointing. We found rats inside the restroom at night, which was both shocking and disturbing. On top of that, the restroom had a constant foul smell, making the stay very uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that such a great location is paired with such poor maintenance. Would not recommend until they seriously improve hygiene and cleanliness.

Nice location and friendly care takers

It was really short stay from evening to morning, but the location was just amazing. I would like stay longer next time.

After seeing some negative reviews, I was little bit hesitant in booking this resort. But the location photo attracted me. When I checked in , the scenario is totally different. The room is very good, toilet is neat. Had a good food. Staff are very friendly n good service. Very good valley view in front. Especially the view from the first floor restaurant is awesome. I really had a wonderful time with my family n kids.

Worst stay ever. Booked for 2 days but had to checkout in 1 day. No proper service and rooms are in very bad state. Bathroom stinking. Spider webs. If u ask them for anything u have to wait for half a day to make them address your issues. No hot water and gyser not connected in few rooms. Time waste, Money waste and we had to search for another hotel as well the next day.

property located at one of the best place in kotagiri. staffs are good. but hotel facilities need to be improved little

The location is good. Rooms don’t have basic things like bed light, AC for room heating for a place which is surrounded by Tea Estate. Cherry on the cake part was, the geyser was not working and after multiple requests even it was not fixed. Everyone pays the premium to get the experience but in this case the experience was pathetic. Don’t burn your cash. Take a budget stay near Ooty or Coonoor township and come early for visiting.

Same room cost varied for different people.
