Good Stay
We had a pleasant famiky stay at YWCA. Have been here many times. Overall room cleanliness has improved, place is neat. But their food options, service on food side has dropped they are ahort on staff.

ywca is a lovely historic heritage coonoor hotel . The garden and terrace are nice to sit outside. wifi and hot water good. Friendly staff. Rooms are too cold in winter and building needs some renovation.

Good Stay
The stay had a nice heritage look and feel. Initially, we were given a room with an old window-type setup above the door that couldn’t be closed permanently, which raised some privacy concerns. The caretaker was kind enough to provide us with another room. The place is located just 1.5 km from Coonoor railway station and offers a beautiful view of the city. 24/7 hot water and Wi-Fi were available, and food is also offered at an extra cost. They have different room options. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable stay, and the caretaker was very helpful.

The food was good. The meals tasted like homemade. The location was quite good as the place is somewhat up in the hills. Quiet and serene. Good view of the city you get from the property.

The property was quite beautiful and old. This is situated near a hilltop, so views of the town are pretty good from this place.

Excellent Stay
The guesthouse was at a height with beautiful view. We enjoyed the stay. We were a go of 5 ladies and felt comfortable and safe. The staff was very helpful and caring especially the ladies serving and Mr Kumar . U fully recommend the place for stay

Very good location for staying with family.Coonoor bustand is 10 min walking distance.A Very big dining hall and a coock house.A staff name Kumar is a nice person.

Waking up to the sounds of birds and the gentle hum of a steam engine nearby was simply enchanting. We stayed in Room number 5, and the view from there was absolutely awesome! Food is home cooked and good.Location is peaceful but away from town center.Lodge is antique.No Lift in the Lodge.Towels and soap are provided in the room.The room is neatly maintained.Restaurant needs advance booking.
