rooms were decent but there was no match for the photos and there were spiders inside the room and even the route to reach the hotel is terrible

Hotel was good, support staff were fine but they gave me a single room instead of two seperate room.

Booked a couple suite with hill view but got some other room which has a dump yard right next to the window. Very bad experience.

nothing like shown in picture, windows are jammed, curtains are torned up, electric wires are hanging, no furniture, no kitchen, no room service, no water bottles, only one light in the room, poori quality breakfast, no choice or order taken for breakfast, meshed up idli and stale dosa served, bed is loose fitted, centre table is broken, only on towel of poor quality given, blankets smelling like already used by someone and not cleaned. glasses are too small,no cutlery. only two pillows. and owner says it a couple suit, stairs are risky, property is in narrow roads in slum area, horrible to reach, terrace is terrible, no staff to give food.room is dark, every a selfie cannot be taken. I strictly caution, do not stay in this property

This property having good rooms and back view point is very good but reach out of location is very difficult. No parking area

Stay was average. The rooms were not clean. Provided towels and soaps on request and the caretaker is not available all-time. Can stay around 9 people in the 3 bedroom villa

as a holiday family we would like a comfortable stay. we drive around to find the resort road, to our surprise we find a very bad and dangerous downstream approach road. absolutely no parking in that 10 ft road. regarding room and service is not so bad. only one towel and bath soap was provided. because of poor parking facilities we cut short our two day stay to one day, and stayed in another location with the help of our friend's .still in that,we lost one day room rent as we paid to your company. kindly pay back the same as quickly as possible. thank you in advance 🙏

I have stay with my familiy for 3 night. Complimentary breckfast was having very less options to choose and taste was also basic. There is no masala dosa, only plain dosa offered. Expectation towards room and bathroom cleaniness is average. All rooms are without ac since whether os good so ac not required. Hotel is located bit inside from main road so try to reach in daytime since steet road is narrow. Parking was front of hotel but less space. Hotel staff behaviour was good though. Tea, dinner was on demand and request only.

Most unsafe place inaccessible by car. Worst accommodation i have seen in my life. Dint stay as looking itself on site made me run away.

Very good hotel.yourself respect is very good your hotel background and sightseeing is very good and excellent 👌👌 your hotel rent is high.

Stay is good, only complaint is to maintain cleanliness and provide a healthy lenin instead of smelly soiled and used one, care taker is good and friendly

The location is beautiful. Valley view and tea gardens are amazing no parking available food is not available they ask for breakfast and take it from outside. Water chok ups in basins

I am writing firs time review bcz of terrible experience. First of all there is no road to reach this place and google map will not support you bcz of walking way if you will reach there there is no parking available second the staff is alcohalik and they got sleep around 12:30 and thair sound is clearly audible in room so you can not sleep. Third one is there is no cleaning in room insects are walking in room and some cockroach are also in room water facility is also very poor. If you are couple so please don't go there

The hotel is worst. Don’t go by photos. Those are old ones and we got trapped by same. They gave our room to someone else and offered us unhygienic room. Also no restaurant and no food at night was available. Bathroom is in bad. Bed bugs are there

Very worst experience. Rooms are not properly maintained. Dirty bed spread. Torn blankets. All the room stinks. Not cleaned bathrooms. Big spider in room. Strongly recommend to avoid this place. Not worth what they charge
