Room condition was not great and staff unsupportive pathetic stay water not coming

Good and comfortable stay. Beside highway. Helpful staff. Scope of improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.

Ac not working sometimes lights not working. No blankets. No extra towel and bad bathroom flush. Please don't book this hotel. Stay at footpath but don't go

3 staff members are not bad, but is infrastructure not up to standards.

"i had a terrible experience in this room. The power kept going out, and the manager just made excuses instead of fixing the problem. When i asked for help, the manager seemed uninterested and didn't care. The room was also extremely hot and uncomfortable due to the glass doors and broken air conditioning. I had no sleep for two nights because of the heat and lack of power. The room had water issues too, which added to the frustration. The construction of the room was poorly done, and it seemed like no effort was put into making it comfortable for guests. I would strongly advise against staying in this room. It's not worth the frustration and discomfort. Look for a different place to stay, one that actually cares about its guests and provides basic amenities like power and water. Don't make the same mistake i did - avoid this place at all costs"

From outside the hotel looks good. But inside its worst. Dark environment, empty building. No proper lighting. Rooms too very poor. One enter wall is made with aluminium partitions, thats too outer wall. Loud sound whole night. Ac too have no remote. Either run it at 17 degree setting or off it. In both situations you cannot sleep properly. Also room service poor. No drinking water given at room. You have to buy it from them. They have restaurant, but i have not seen a single person eating there. Food price too very high. Quality average. For a plate of plain rice, their price is 90rs. Never visit this if its not an emergency.

Hotel was closed and the staff were not picking calls we had to wait in roads for 1 hour in midnight
