Terrible Stay
I had booked to stay at Bull Adventure 0045. You must understand that I and my family, which includes small children, had to wait for 2.30 hours on the road to get to the resort. Is this fair? It was a serious situation with small children. Moreover, there was no arrangement for lunch after I reached. There was no electricity in the entire resort since 2.30 am, the generator was also out of order, causing inconvenience to me and my family. The toilets had no water and were extremely dirty. Parking and swimming pool facilities were included at the time of booking, but when my booking was shifted to Anmol Resort, these facilities were also missing. The sheets and bedding in the room were also extremely dirty. We did not spend on petrol from our home for this kind of experience. I book with trust on MakeMyTrip, and I do not expect this kind of service. I want you to take my concern seriously and provide a proper solution to this situation. Emergency option only
We were 2 families booked this option for a night stay. We had a good sound sleep, however the toilets were common, no required food items. More over we found that we customers staying here were burden to management team. If you don't find any other option to stay then only book here.
