A decent property but overpriced

Property's location is good, amenities like restaurant, buggies, play area (indoor and outdoor) are good. But lack of maintenance is there. Room was not cleaned properly including the toilet. No door mat outside the bathroom or the entrance of the room. Food was not great but ok. Otherwise the service of the staff was very good. All heeded to our request with a smile. Room size is also smaller. I have booked a club room. Paid 10k for that. Had bigger rooms in other properties at similar pricing. Frequent power cuts but power back up kicks in immediately. Overall a decent property but not worth the cost it charges.

Key elements of a good hotel review: cleanliness: cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and common area where excellent. Staff: highlight of the staffs, they are helpful, friendly, and professional. Especially mr. Vishak and praveen was good. Room comfort: ac, bed comfort, room size, amenities are excellent location: good location and attractions, transportation, and other amenities are nice and pleasant food & beverage: restaurant and quality of food, service, and ambiance are excellent value for money: worth it. Overall experience: overall the experience was nice and very clam and peaceful.

We went as a family along with my cousins and their kids . All of us along with the kids enjoyed a lot in the property. The service was so good. The resort’s maintenance was great. The staffs were so polite and helped us throughout the whole stay. A pleasant stay overall.

Poppy's tuskers hill in anaikatti highlights its serene location amid-st nature and its family-friendly atmosphere. This resort is a complete package for the entire family right from kids to super senior citizens. The staffs are friendly and attentive, the rooms are comfortable and uniquely furnished and the food is delicious. While the food is good, variety could be improved, and occasional minor issues with room services needs to be noted. Special mention & thanks for ( activities manager) & his team for keeping us engaged throughout our 3 days stay & making it a memorable one. Thanks once again.

The place was very beautiful, the cottage was desgined in beautiful kerala style, the ambience was excellent, hospitality of the staff is definitely worth mentioning. The place is very well maintained, my 8 yr old daughter enjoyed the stay very much.

It’s just an avg .. they have hyped more on this . And i don’t feel the rooms are new ..we got a normal room and food was nice .. lunch and dinner was nice .. hospitality and staff are nice but personally feel the rooms are small and we got the last end one which was below average for that much cost we spent

The place was well maintained. Staffs were very friendly and was willing to help at all means. Great place for family and friends get together. Would recommend for corporate events as well. One place of improvement i could suggest is the food, which was decent (adjustable) but should improve a way lot. That's the only thing that was disappointing

Stay in tuskers hill resort was really great. It is such a beautiful resort with great ambience. Clean and aesthetic rooms, true to its name, almost all features are inspired by the elephant. The swimming pool was neat and well maintained. Food was above expectations. All in all, would highly recommend and will definitely come with family again in the future.

The stay was okay and good food items. However we have requested for hill view room to stay which were not occupied at the time our arrival. They simply given the room which is surrounded by buildings which we didn’t want to be in as we wanted to enjoy the nature view. Those rooms provided to the guests who had come after my arrival. We also mentioned that we are happy to wait until you make the arrangements, however they neglected my request by saying the rooms were full. Also mmt charged heavy charges for this room on this date, as the resort was charging 4k less than this. One more point to highlight was, we have requested for additional blanket in the night, it wasn’t addressed at all. Overall, an average customer service and room service. Nothing special to highlight.
