Awesome place for a vacation with nature. It's like a super calm stay next to the forest. And great food, host and service. I forgot something valuable at the hotel when checking out, and they took a lot of efforts getting it back to me. Really recommend this place to anyone looking to stay with family and friends.

Location is adjacent to the forest, if anybody visiting 1st time please make sure to visit in daylight, else the location will get confused. Food was average and its a small setup with 6 cottage stay. But environment is good for family home stay.

Nice location, tasty food and deer's and other animals are roaming around resort. Children also will enjoy.

Two aspects worth visiting this property. First is the location, view from the rooms. One can spend the whole day enjoying the view from the sitting area. Second aspect is the food(mahendar) cooks really well, although limited menu (there was no sweet dish in their buffet menu)but good food and staff is very accommodating(govind and mahendar) there is issue with water and sanitary, we had to call the attendant 4 - 5 times to fix the water supply during the day, in the bathrooms. Bathroom fittings were broken and the staff was helpless. There was no water in the flush/ bathroom during the night, we had to wait till early morning as their numbers were switched off and go in person to the staff quarter to have them switch on the motor/ water pump. Unprofessional maintenance of the property. At least not worth the money i spent on the stay.

Very nice location just next to the forest, hotel is well maintained with helpful staff. If lucky you can spot wildlife right from the hotel after dark

The stay is awesome. Food is so delicious. Good host and hospitality. Feels like home. We have enjoyed the stay too much. It's surrounded in forest we could see deers from the room.

It was a very nice place to stay, rooms where clean and food was also good. Close to the jungle, visibility of deers everyday.

We had a wonderful experience at this resort! the staff were incredibly polite, and the owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Situated near the madhumalai checkpoint, it's convenient for those planning a jungle safari, allowing for an early start to avoid traffic. Though slightly secluded, approximately 1 km from the checkpoint, the resort offers a tranquil environment with beautiful surroundings. While the food options are limited, they gladly cater to specific preferences, serving delicious meals made to order. Breakfast and tea were particularly delightful. In the evening, the peaceful ambiance of nature can be enjoyed, with the added bonus of a river at the back of the resort. Bird-watching enthusiasts will be thrilled, as various species, including peacocks, can often be spotted around the restaurant area. Overall, our stay was immensely enjoyable, and we highly recommend this resort for a serene getaway.

Our stay in gudalur village, nestled next to the mudumalai forest, was delightful. The standalone cottage was impeccably clean and well-maintained. While the food choices were somewhat limited, the friendly and welcoming staff made up for it. Mornings were a treat, waking up to a picturesque scene of deer and peacocks just outside our rooms. The two-night stay was a relaxing break, but be mindful of weak wifi connectivity if you need to stay connected for work. Overall, a serene experience amid-st nature.

Tiger tracks resort is located close to the mudumalai tiger reserve gate and about 12km from the safari gate. It is surrounded by rice fields and one gets a feeling of staying on a farm. The food is excellent and so is the service. For people interested in birding, the trees around the resort is full of birds. The rooms are clean and there is a heater in every room. The resort is also constructing a "machan" which once built can be used for birding. The resort is also frequented by astronomy enthusiasts as the sky is clear and we were able to see jupiter and it's three moons and saturn, thanks to the telescope installed by "mango education" from coimbatore who are into generating science and technology interests among children. Just one concern. It is better if you have your own car or taxi as transportation is far and few in this area. All in all a beautiful vacation

Highly recommended. The area is very big where you can enjoy roaming around. We spotted deers, peacocks, giant squirrels within the resort in early morning. Mudumalai tiger safary and theppakadu elephant camp are very nearby and can be completed in same day. We also had a day trip at ooty. On the way to ooty via kalhatty road we spotted deers, elephants, peacocks and langoor. There is a nearby walking trek to riverside where we spotted deers again. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious for a family with kid. Foods were freshly cooked and served and tasty. We were very happy with the staffs' friendly behaviour and hospitality. They guided us very well. Also there is a park and a small farm with rabbits, roosters, geese, turkeys so kids can enjoy the stay here.

Location is good, building is new, staff is well behaved but food and facilities not up to the mark (value for money)
