In the hotel, the cupboards did not have doors, the washroom lights were not working properly, and breakfast was terrible; they did not have options for breakfast, and they only provided one—a plate of food and a cup of tea.

The hotel is in terrible condition, unhygienic bed sheets, the towels we’re looking like someone has moped their shoes from them. The lobby of hotel had oil stain on walls. Very bad experience

one of the worst experience I had, very bad smell, fully rusted pipes, water will not drain, tv not working, wifi not working, room never cleaned in 4 days day even dustbin not cleaned and worst rude behavior of receptionist when we ask anything.

Will not Recommend Not Satisfied.
Rooms are in worst situation, Staff service are worst, Reception support pathetic. Breakfast was below average.

Experience was not good needs to improve the service
This was my second visit and experience of my last visit was excellent but this time my experience was not good, the tap and hand shower was not working properly and there was very unpleasant smell in the room

Good Stay
coupleThe room was clean and the lights/lamp create a ambient surrounding. We took the Deluxe room. The food was also great, we had taken the complementary lunch and breakfast, and it was nice. We didn't try the WiFi so not sure about that.

Amazing Stay
At First we got a decent room in which we found out that the Central AC is not working, then we requested the Receptionist to provide us another room. They upgraded our room to a Super Deluxe one which was an amazing stay. View 10/10 Ambiance 10/10

Poor Stay
Good rooms but bed sheets and blanket were not ironed and bathroom were stinking and geysers were also not working and ac was also not working I tried to reach reception every time they came to solve but not satisfied as ac didn't work well and bathroom problem didn't solved properly
