Pros:
• Location – Excellent location in an upscale area with numerous dining options within walking distance and tourist attractions nearby.
• Rooms – Spacious and well-sized.
Cons:
Overpriced – Everything is outdated, including the bathroom fittings. Hot water is available only in the morning. Not value for money.
• Unwelcoming Staff – The reception staff is unsmiling and unfriendly, making no effort to make guests feel welcome. To make matters worse, the people in the reception area tend to stare uncomfortably.
• Lack of Basic Empathy– I had a medical emergency during my stay and, as a solo traveler, needed assistance. The staff refused to send someone to fetch my urgently needed medicine because a group was checking in. The pharmacy was just a two minute walk away. So, in agonizing pain, I had to drag myself there. The person at reception did manage to show a hint of empathy the next day when I was checking out, asking how I was feeling, which, of course, completely restored my faith in humanity. *Pros:*
