Room size is very small for single persons like dormitory Poor lighting in rooms Poor bed quality Bathroom is very small and shower working is very poor No amenities available as mention on makemy trip rules & guide Breakfast quality is good !

Overall the stay at Riverview was okay. The staff is very friendly, polite and supportive. It is located well and easy to get autos just around the corner. But a lot of improvements are required - daily room cleaning was not done well, the floors in the room are sticky, breakfast could have been better, the room keys don't work and we need to come down to the reception everytime to activate the card.

Location was very good, kind of centre to all tourist attractions. Rooms are good. They could do better on the room rates though, i thought the rates were on a higher side. Food was ok. The staff was courteous, did support my request to check in an hour early and check out an hour late. Overall, good experience as a family

Everything was good food, stay, location except the faces of the one sitting at the reception. Not wearing smile, didn't find them welcoming. Infact housekeeping staff was very polite & had a welcoming nature.

Very well maintained hotel in central location. Breakfast buffet was top class and had lots of options. Rooms are huge sized and well kept

Hotel's google map location is very bad and wastes most time in searching it only. And after that the night manager is non cooperative and not helpful.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided during my stay. The basic amenities that should have been readily available at the time of check-in had to be specifically requested multiple times. Additionally, when we placed a dinner order around 9 PM, we were informed that almost nothing was available to prepare except for Manchow soup. Such service standards are highly unsatisfactory and do not align with the expectations set by your establishment. Based on this experience, I will not be booking this hotel again.

good experience on river side view and river front location to walk and run cycling all enjoy Gujarati food nearby

Close to riverfront. River visible in sideview. Clean rooms. Great breakfast spread. Good food. Cooperative staff. Issue with room access cards.
