One the best and comfort stay and breakfast is too delicious enjoy it. Absolutely Wonderful Stay! I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained with all modern amenities. The food was delicious — especially the breakfast buffet which had a great variety. The location was perfect, and the overall ambiance was relaxing and luxurious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and top-notch service. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The toilet smelled rather badly. After we complained to the management, they sprayed some room freshener, which fell short of reducing the smell. The room was not bad, but the reluctance to clean it everyday showed. The ceiling had black mold, and the bathroom fixtures were old (See pictures attached). The shower stall was separate, but it didn't have a partition. Every time we showered, the entire bathroom flooded. I stayed with my parents in the same room, and was entitled to a mattress (I already booked it for 3 people, and paid extra for the matress through MakeMyTrip). I asked for it twice, and when I didn't receive it, I gave up. We managed on the King Bed. Toiletries etc were given, so that was a plus. Also, the restaurant was closed, and they claimed if we wanted to place an order, we would directly order it in the kitchen who would serve it. The location of the hotel is correct, but it has genuine hygeine concerns. Since it was only for one night, I didn't want to make it an issue. For any future travellers, maybe they should think twice before booking.

The value for money hotel, hotel staff behavior is good, room service is on time. The hotel location is also good. In a complementary breakfast good food available. Value for money hotel. The hotel staff is well-behaved and courteous. Room service is prompt and efficient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient and easily accessible. The complimentary breakfast offers a good variety of tasty food.

I stayed at hotel silver heights for three nights and four days. I really liked the food. The bathroom had some issues like - 1. The soap dispenser was broken and leaking so the soap kept dripping down on the floor and made the entire bathroom slippery. 2. ⁠the toilet paper was not fresh. 3. ⁠the nahni trap didn’t drain water well and it clogged. The hotel also had some strict policies like no visitors allowed which made it difficult for my friend to visit my room for some time.

staff was cold faced and housekeeping staff was not at all friendly.... water accumulated in the bathroom and did not drain even after hours.... which was a very bad experience

Clean aand spacious room. Nice food. Located in prime area near Mithakhali Circle and also near to Metro Train station. Commuting to any part of the city is easy. Would highly recommend

Water problem hot water issue

This was my 2nd visit to Hotel Silver Heights All required facilities available in the room. Clean rooms and specially clean washroom. Reasonable pricing. Excellent service.

I recently stayed at Hotel Silver Height in Ahmedabad for a short trip. The location is definitely a plus — it’s centrally situated and close to key areas like Navrangpura and C.G. Road. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were polite and cooperative. The room was decently clean and had the basic amenities, but it felt a bit dated. The bathroom was quite compact, and a few fixtures could use some maintenance. Housekeeping was timely, but I did notice some wear and tear in the linens and towels. Food from the in-house vegetarian restaurant was surprisingly good — breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. Room service was a bit slow at times, but manageable. Overall, it’s an average stay — suitable if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option with decent comfort in a good location. With a few upgrades and better service consistency, it could be much better.

Prime location is the key feature. Rooms were clean and all amenities for a corporate stay included. overall very good hotel and would highly recommend
