The room has q weird fungal smell to it like it hasn't been used for a long while. The cleaning was okay . Ac was not working properly

I recently stayed at Hotel Shital Inn, Vastrapur and had a comfortable experience. The location is quite convenient, with good connectivity. It had everything needed for one night stay. Just that it is not perfect. tap in wash basin makes noise. 1-seater sofa wasn't clean. But that is why it cost . Would have preffered if the hotel leaned more towards cleanliness over luxury.

Overall it is good. needs improvement in cleanliness of the toilet. good location. proximity to airport and railway station

Location wise, it was perfect. However, the hotel doesn't live the expectations in terms of hygiene. Food menu in the room was not clean, there was cockroach coming in the rooms. There was a continuous bad odour coming from the bathroom. Overall, just okay experience

Hotel location is great. Walking distance to Vastrapur Lake and Nexus One Mall. The hotel room is great and even cleanliness is maintained. Services and food is good.

Location, facilities excellent. I had no occasion to taste food

we booked a suite room but.....no feeling or no amenities,no service.just a big room and even the bathroom was so small and dull which gives a very bad feeling. whatever the checkin time but we checked in at night 11:00pm still room was not ready. very poor experience

There is a strong pungent smell in the room and the washroom is not very clean The smell gave me a headache and I also had nausea. I felt like I couldn’t stay there all night as the smell was very strong, so l vacated immediately.

Room and hotel premises is clean. Staff behaviour is good. Food is also good. Market is very near but not so crowded. Availability of auto and taxi is good

The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! However, the mattresses were quite uncomfortable and could really use an upgrade.

The service was decent but the room had wet patches with a lot of leaks in the room. The bathroom was clean but again wet always.

Hotel was very clean and spacious staff was good. Also washroom was big. They also have their own restaurant
