extra charges of food services and wrong charges you have to be carefull and check the full bill there has been extra charges that they are adding in food and room services after checking they agreed and did the changes

Location is good, but the hotel is not so good as per MMT certified. We stayed for two nights, but no room cleaning service provided after asking for several times. Basic amenities not available, breakfast also not good.

There was a foul smell in the room and toothbrush and comb were not available in the room and in the end , when i asked for the bill, the did not give it to me and said that the system was faulty.

As compared to price services hygiene and cleanliness was very poor

The property is in pretty bad state. The wall plaster inside room are coming out, toilets are dirty, the handwash doesn't work. The complementary brekfast is not up to the mark. The breakfast is served cold. Overall customer satisfaction is totally ignored. Customer service is pretty bad too

Quiet and clean space at a premium location with professional staff. I was there for a night only but still worth the price in all aspects.

It had everything needed for one night stay. Just that it is not perfect. tap in wash basin makes noise. 1-seater sofa wasn't clean. But that is why it cost . Would have preffered if the hotel leaned more towards cleanliness over luxury.

Overall it is good. needs improvement in cleanliness of the toilet. good location. proximity to airport and railway station
