HOTEL SURY VILLA

The hotel staff is polite but the hotel does not provide any kind of facilities, for example - no handwash, dirty & used towels provided, a lot of cockroaches & insects in room & bed also.

very pathetic service by owner GST bill arguments as usual not support for GST bill I time and money waste

To bad no cleanliness

Zero hygiene is there lots of cockroaches, bedbugs, spider issue rooms bedsheet pillow smell like not washed from last 1 2 months water issue happened but they not told customer about water issue their way of talking with customer is very poor unsincerely manners atleast they should give proper clean room service

Staff was friendly however rooms were not rooms are too small to make you feel comfortable rooms are without window so only way to get fresh air is from air conditioner and if someone smoker stayed before you your night stay becomes horrible

The hotel is in a good location. However, the rooms are tiny and is not suitable for a family to stay in a double room.

Room and bathroom were properly cleaned and were hygiene and the experience was too good i would recommend this hotel to other for a clean and hygiene stay.

I recommended to anybody to stay for business purposes, the staff cooperative and services were good.

Good rooms and good services i liked but budget is too much i don’t like that. If you are travellers then you can stay here

Its ok and the experience was also good as like the amount but the bedsheet was not cleaned otherwise it is ok
