Poorly maintained property. Age old imbalanced mattress. Worst bathroom and electrical fittings. Terribly bad experience with breakfast, the hall stinks, worst food, tea was not refilled, when asked for it nobody attended us. A guy ran to bring milk asking us to wait. Never had such bad experience with a hotel.

I booked a Deluxe room with balcony on makey trip. But when I reached hotel at 11 pm they said they don't have any room except a simple standard room. They did not even give me any refund for the difference. The room wasn't ready at 11 pm and My family had to wait for 30 mins for room to be ready.

Stinking washroom poor ac and power not working from 3 an to 7 am worst one. Also food is good but service and hygiene is bad

⭐ 1/5 – Absolutely Pathetic Stay at Treebo Suites, Ahmedabad This was honestly the worst and most hotel experience I’ve ever had. The AC didn’t work at all, and the staff couldn’t care less about fixing it. The room and washroom smelled terrible — as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The room was dirty, unhygienic, and completely unfit for guests. The mattress was unbelievably bad — thin, hard, and without proper cushions. It felt like sleeping on a slab. This entire property is a complete failure in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and management. The staff is careless, unprofessional, and clearly not trained to handle basic hospitality. Avoid this place at all costs.

In the hotel, the cupboards did not have doors, the washroom lights were not working properly, and breakfast was terrible; they did not have options for breakfast, and they only provided one—a plate of food and a cup of tea.

The hotel is in terrible condition, unhygienic bed sheets, the towels we’re looking like someone has moped their shoes from them. The lobby of hotel had oil stain on walls. Very bad experience

room services are. not punctual. no timing of breakfast. charged even 60 rupes more for 2 bottels that could be included with per guest. dental care kit is provided After asking. one of the worst experience I had, very bad smell, fully rusted pipes, water will not drain, tv not working, wifi not working, room never cleaned in 4 days day even dustbin not cleaned and worst rude behavior of receptionist when we ask anything.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services I have received at your hotel. The condition of the room was unacceptable, with an unpleasant odor and a bathroom that was not properly cleaned. Additionally, the room did not match the images provided at the time of booking. I am very disappointed with my experience and would appreciate it if you could investigate these issues. I hope to receive a prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

Rooms are in worst situation, Staff service are worst, Reception support pathetic. Breakfast was below average.

This was my second visit and experience of my last visit was excellent but this time my experience was not good, the tap and hand shower was not working properly and there was very unpleasant smell in the room

Very bad exp and thier all the room's ac is not working and they click the photo of our id card also they took photocopy for the same.

The room was clean and the lights/lamp create a ambient surrounding. We took the Deluxe room. The food was also great, we had taken the complementary lunch and breakfast, and it was nice. We didn't try the WiFi so not sure about that.

Rooms are fine , house keeping need improvement, if they maintain the property well, it can be better place

At First we got a decent room in which we found out that the Central AC is not working, then we requested the Receptionist to provide us another room. They upgraded our room to a Super Deluxe one which was an amazing stay. View 10/10 Ambiance 10/10
