The property location is in the city with all shops nearby, rooms were small for family with 2 kids, complementary foods was good

Terrible Stay
The room was not clean and good so I didn’t check in so I asked for refund its been 7 days till now no response. Makemy trip response was too poor and i will never use this useless app again

Just right for a short stay
Good place for a short stay.Friendly and helpful staff and good meals too. As it is located in a commercial place it is somewhat inconvenient to do local purchases.

Good Stay
I stayed here with family for four days in July'2025. The deluxe room space is comfortable for two people. Overall cleanliness is average which is something I felt negative. If you are from South India, you will love the breakfast which is the biggest positive for me at this venue. The staffbehaviour was also good. I stayed here with family for four days in July'2025. Poor Stay
reception staff is very rude behavior, the room is not as per booking in website he debate with us why r u booking in online . room in not good atmosphere and bad air quality. Not even provide me extra 200 ML water bottle for the room rent paid.

Average Stay
Very bad hygienic issue. Their bed covers are not clean. Its pale yellowish which obviously says its old one. They changed it on request basis but still the same. And Bathing room is very small and not cleaned enough. Breakfast was kind of good.

Poor Stay
Room which they have given is very small and yes we can understand it only booked for 1 person but still its like 8*8 room which is totally not good. Also the room looks so dirty

Worst Hotel Experience:
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is barely any space to stand, let alone move around comfortably. The condition of the hotel is so poor that it feels like lodge near a railway station. The rooms are cramped, unhygienic, and lack basic amenities. The overall ambiance is depressing, and the service is equally disappointing. It’s shocking how such a place is still operational. If you’re looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay, avoid this hotel at all costs. Spending money here would be a complete waste. Definitely not recommended.

Rude behaviour
First day i was served with water in the room. Second day when i asked for water they provided me with the water bottle but it was charged during the check out. When i questioned, receptionist person was shouting and told me i should have mentioned complementary while requesting. Behaviour of the receptionist was very bad didn't allow me to even speak.
