I stay on 17th Aug 2025 - Sunday , upnormal DJ sound base high till 11.55pm. I could not able to sleep due to more vibration noticed on glass windows and upstairs due to ground floor more DJ base music. other day not found , only Sat and Sunday. Good Stay
I had a comfortable stay at Arcadia. The location is convenient and easily accessible. The food was also quite good. However, the only issue I faced was the absence of cups for coffee or tea, and there were no buckets provided for bathing. While the shower is suitable for head baths, it can be a bit inconvenient otherwise.

Worth the money
Good communication from Reception Desk, arranged very reasonable airport pick up, room neat & clean, decent breakfast near by airport.

Had a wonderful stay in Madurai! The hotel room had a lovely balcony with a great view. Cleanliness was top-notch, and staff were super friendly. Perfect spot to explore the temple city. Highly recommend!

Average stay. suitable only for work travel. Airport is nearby. not so goo
The Room was clean and good. Good Staff. But varanda always has a smoke smell. it's like a permanent smell. The inside of the room is ok. Breakfast is average with very limited items. I don't recommend this for a family stay. overall ok.

Overall experience was fine by food by staying, specially they have good restaurant with multiple option. So my recommendation for this hotel is good.

Terrible Stay
First room was full of mosquito, bedshits were bobling, stinking, dirty, blankets too, cm washroom was same pathetic unclean, unhygienic, no electric plugs were working, staff unable to understand English , bad behaviour of staff, after fighting they alloted somewhat ok room, but till 1230 night we were just changing the room and fighting

Poor Stay
I asked for an ironing machine, and it took 3 hours for them to provide. Food is not great, and the restaurant ambience is not pleasant.

The ac in the room is utter waste. There is no fan. The staff are very friendly no problem in that.

Dear sir/madam, the arcadia is not that much worth their tariff, i have stayed in many hotels in various districts and states, in that experience i'm rating 3 out of ten to the arcadia as their valet parking is not good, they have used a very low quality matters as a 3rd bed.
