Nice Experience
All are good,stayed lots of times. staff behaviour is v nice and cooperative breakfast menu is limited but adjustable and good by taste..

Just like Oyo
checked in around 11.30 am , no water supply to bathroom , by 12.30 they can not fix the problem , when switched on tv , shows no connection , bteakfast complementary around 10 am reached resturant room , found nothing to eat , ordered bread omeĺlete and they charged us for that

Average Stay
Good but for Hot water for bathing we need to request to switch on heating system. It is not fair because it is a basic facility.

wifi & geyser not working
The hotel’s WiFi and hot water didn’t work. restaurant closed at 8pm Very inconvenient stay. Wouldn’t recommend. bad experience, There is no hot water available, called for help but receptionist didn't picked up the call, no wifi available, restaurant closed before 9pm.

Good stay
Good Location, Breakfast is also Good and prompt service by front desk and house keeping staffs. Special mention to Mr Anirban Datta is a very helpful person . i will be visit here again .

Madam/Sir, 1.) I booked Hotel and made payment online in advance towards 1 room for 1 person. 2.) After reaching Hotel, the receptionist told that room was allotted has 2 single bed. And no queen size bed room was assigned. 3.) I reached Hotel around 9 PM and told them, I will leave at tomorrow 9 AM. Means I only occupy 12 hours and already paid healthy amount. 4.) Receptionist told me that I have to pay ₹ 500/- extra to get the queen size bed room. 5.) As no option left, I paid extra ₹ 500/-; online transaction proof comprising time and date etc was enclosed. Stay was worst and rooms are smelly
businessProperty has many issues like, my room on 4th floor: 1) water pressure low 2) toilet roll missing 3) vanity kit missing 4) towels has stain impresion and not fresh 5) no shaving mirror 6) no hair dryer breakfast buffet not appropriate like less menu even only 4 things.

soloNice hotel room cleanness was very good. Reception desk' staff was awesome, specially manager anirban datta and front office sourav dutta also. Even there all staff is good. We check in hassle-free. Food, service and there behavior was everything was good. I personally willing to visit here again.
