It's was horrible stay , management is thinking above the Prime Minister and Chief Minister, he says , doesn't care about customer tension , on reception, also without my permission they took my luggage from my room number 402 to 203, without my presence, the time I was out of city for my business, rooms phone not working, smell are everywhere, no soap , Nothing

Do not eat in this hotel
1. They have served the worst breakfast for consisting of 4 days. Breakfast quality is very bad and has very less menu for the same. 2. "Basi Aaloo bada" ko tave per garm karke serve kiya jata he yahaan. Complain karne per manager said ki baki guest ko to takhalif nhi he, sirf aaphi ko he. 3. Room service me jab tak Pani, Shaving Kit, nhi mango tab tak inhe yaad hi nahi rahta ki guest ko serve karna he. 4. Manager is arrogant with lot of attitude.

Good for location
Property location is great. Complimentary breakfast just ok. There was only hot water in taps and shower. No cold water !!!!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, the staff was cooperative and friendly, and the amenities were good . Would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay with excellent service
familyIt was good. Staff is really helpful and service is also excellent. Rooms were clean and big size. Restaurant food was awesome and quantity was good. Overall a pleasant stay. Much recommended for a family visit.

Not a good stay, only book if there is no other better option
Not a good stay when compared to its rating of 3 star, washroom was poor, locks of the washroom not working, washroom used to stink due to their poor drainage system, they don’t provide good toiletries, washed towels looks like used ones, there is no time for breakfast, sometimes they serve at 7 sometimes till 8:30-9 breakfast is not ready, they give only two water bottles for your complete stay and charged me for extra water bottles, limited breakfast option only 3 or 4 items at max

Poor Stay
Hotel was easy to locate but the rooms were not ventilated at all not even the windows could be opened. Rooms also had a strong chemical smell which made staying very difficult. The lifts were not maintained and posed a threat to customer safety. Overall a bad experience.
