The place charged me with extra money for the room They didn't even allow me any early check in facility also after having a conversation over call before arriving a day. The staff were also so unobedient.

Not so good experience. They charged extra amount

It was my worst hotel stay i ever used. Rooms was so much dirty and bed sheets and blankets were so dirty that no one can use. Rs 300 charged extra for 3rd person

Hi Arvind, As dicuss with you over the call I am dispoint of this hotel services and they give us basic room with NO AC and I have paid the amount for 2 Deluxe room also they give dirty room their floor and toilet is too much messy also there are asking for 300 rupees cash for change in room.

The hotel was filthy. The staircase had water spilled over; making it nasty and dangerous for people to take a plight. The walls of the room were stained and so were the bedsheets. I wouldn't recommend this place for female travellers. As it also felt unsafe with the open drinking parties happening in the other rooms with the doors opened.

Hi , room was not cleaned properly and we booked for 3 adults but they have not provided us extra bedding and in midnight they were even not ready to give extra pillowww… water facility was not there…. not satisfied with the service

Charges extra money

They denied checkin telling that it's not booked when i have already paid the amount. They didn't even try to coordinate with mmt regarding this. It's basically for local couples for hookup and not for family. Staff misbehaved with us even if we had a booking. Highly disappointed.

During the check in, hotel receptionist demanded rs 200- extra as they told that booking amount is very less. I refused for it. They infonmed that without paying, check in will not allow. After discussion they demanded rs 100. As i have already paid online still they were demanding. As i reached hotel in night and i was tired, so ready to pay. After check in, when i entered in room, observed that room and toilet were not clean. After my complain, these were clean. Overall it was terrible experience.

Worst arrogant hotel staff, Online payment denied check-in, Demanded extra money for online prepaid booking, Reception man is very arrogant, straight forward says they want extra 12% money on all online prepaid booking. They also deny check-in for online paid guests. Worst is when they are provided with extra money via MMT or OYO, then receptionist says their AC rooms are not available, they will give only non-AC accomodation. When customer has booked for AC rooms how they can behave like a bus stand Lodge. Shame on hotel and whole staff.
