Super Townhouse Gandhi Hall

Property location is decent. The entry point is from the front of a restaurant. It is at the centre point of every prime tourist location in Indore so every place is equidistant. Staff was good and polite. Rooms well maintained. The sheets and pillows could have been more fresh, I believe. Decent stay overall.

Room were good,staff were polite and the food was awesome. I'll suggest book this hotel because it is in range of Railway station

Property location is very near to Railway Station around five minutes by auto rickshaw. Also it is very near to Gandhi hall. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is also cooperative.

Hi Team MakeMyTrip, unfortunately, my experience at Super Townhouse Gandhi Hall, Indore was disappointing. I'd rate it 1 (Terrible). The room wasn't cleaned properly during my stay, and there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout. Hopefully, you can look into this and improve the service. Looking forward to a better experience in the future.

The experience is terrible poor hygiene incompetent staff and manager is taking how religion as they not mentioned in the policy I will never recommend this hotel ..

It was not at all furnished nicely. Cracks and untidiness was visible all over the property. It was just normal stay and average one. Dirty washroom and not so clean towels. Lacked infrastructure development.

The experience in terrible, the hotel accepted booking of 5 but on arrival demanded extra money for an extra bed. The washrooms are not clean, corridor smells like cigarettes. stains mattress. When asked for water bottle they didn’t send, had to go down to bring one.

location walkable from station The food was very bad, in the meal box jeera rice was written but they gave plain rice, no pickle was given but it was mentioned in the meal box, chapathi was burnt, out of 5 food was 1 on scale. Service was good.

Hotel location is good it is walking distance from Indore railway station. Early checking facility is available here.

stay was good and very excellent experience

Ye room was terrible and didn’t have anything that was shown/written. I chked in at 0030 hr and had to chk out at 0050 hrs. The bed was broken, mosquitoes were abundant, shit was on the toilet seat , water seepage on the walls, towel was dirty as hell, no water bottles and water boiler Tried to contact , but you we’re unavailable, won’t use again as you are fraud and conduit in this fraud

Location good, food good, total unhygenic, bed smell from washroom, dirty bed matress, dirty bed sheets & cult, room with dirt & dusty. Never advice to others for stay.
