Poor Stay
The individual who welcomed me was not particularly amiable. Upon my arrival, I was fatigued and had a meeting scheduled for 8 AM. I requested assistance, and while the night shift staff were indifferent, the morning team later provided the help I needed. Consequently, I was delayed by one hour for my meeting. The property is with a relatively small room and overpriced for that kind of property.

The stay at Tranquil was wonderful and peaceful. The cleanliness of the hotel and my room was thoroughly maintained and was very hygienic. The staff were very cordial and supportive. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

Rooms are Good. Staff are courteous But Breakfast served not worth of the Property standard. only Idly & Poga with Banana served. Need to have more options considering the rent per day charged.

Good Stay
It's a good place to stay, if travelling solo or business purposes. It's in prime location behind JW Marriot hotel. Hotel has floor built within an apartment but room was nice and well maintained. Price wise justified. Only con I would say that there is no resturant. You need to order food from outside, but staff were helpful providing required cutlery.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous and always ready to help, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. familylocation is good but It is not at all the ambiance of a hotel.No boby is there to attend the guests.It is not a hotel but a lodge where a portion of a residential building is converted to a lodge.

Only negative thing is that there is no lift in the property
The property has no restaurant. But the location is such that getting food delivery is no problem. The breakfast is complimentary but the menu is same.

Good Stay
The room and stay was very comfortable. Quite spacious for the rates for the room. The breakfast was okay, not like a buffet, but a plate was delivered to my room, and no preferences asked. If possible. Opt for room. Without food inclusion since there are much better options available nearby. I really liked the fact that they provided filtered water rather than mineral water in the rooms.
