Everything was okay leaving the bedding which were a bit dusty.

The property was located in society and the watchman was literally drunk and speaking rudely at night as i had cheeking property at 11 pm in the night. The property was 2bhk where the room was decent but there was no power code next to the bed. There was only 1 socket which was connected to tv and i have to removed that before using for my phone carging. Overall i can give 3/5 rating.

Rate is too high according to room, washroom located outside the room and it is common. This stay before 3 days ago. I hv no image. U can check it by hotel

The amenities displayed in the app are not present or not allowed to use. The owners have put incorrect information on the app. I had called makemytrip helpdesk asking for cancellation and refund, the helpdesk said they will call me back, but never called. I need refund of the amount.

Don’t try to entry the balcony space post evening, there are lots of insects all around the balcony area. Dont waste money on this stay rather go for options available also the host is not all flexible

Kafi kharab waha jo attender tha wo k oi matlab ka nai hai lagage me hi lekar gya or mai lekar aaya attender se bola usne manna kaur diya. Khana bhi nai tha. Tea bhi nai thi. Pani bhi main e lekar pi-ya. Aap log esa kyo karte ho. Me baht pareshan ha hu.

The service was good but the place could be better, for the price point. I had to ask for towels, dental kit etc which i consider are basics if i’m choosing a place like this.

A 3bhk flat converted into 3 hotel rooms. Privacy is not upto the cost though the location is good for areas near baner pune

I have stayed around 5 days. For me the stay was good and excellent. I feel more relax to stay this place instead hotel. The room and washroom was clean. Care taker is also helping us for food and tea if needed. I would like to recommend this place.

This to specify that the room offered is actually a part of a 2 bhk flat. Its not a hotel, but a residential flat shown like a hotel room where you have to share the flat with the caretaker and other travellers. The caretaker lives in the living room. He does not even care for the guest's needs. He was more concerned about his own sleep and even when we needed to order food at 11pm at night, it should have been welcomed instead of cribbing and showing attitude while allowing the same. This place does not even provide packaged bottle of water for drinking. Water provided for drinking is supposedly from an ro in a normal plastic water. I would have never booked this place if it was clearly specified that this place is a bedroom within a 2bhk flat. No wonder this booking is non-refundable. Because that will force the guests to stay and live with the disappointment. No way is it worth rs. for 1 night. I couldn't even stay there for the whole night and walked out at 2am. The caretaker was not even awake enough for a proper checkout

Room was good. But it is a sharing apartment type. I booked it, thinking as 1 BHK. It was very uncomfortable to stay as a single lady along with strangers and care taker for 3 days. They should have mentioned clearly that apartment is sharing type one. Except this thing, everything was good.

The property location was easy to access and the rooms were comfortable to stay. The caretaker was helpful to us. Cleanliness and facilities were up to the mark for the recommendation.

For a group to stay with friends, the property is really good. It was easy to locate. I had food during my stay and it was delicious. The interior was the most beautiful facility there. Overall this property is value for money.
