We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, and the experience was not at all satisfying.
✅ Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was polite. He even asked if we needed help with travel arrangements.
❌ But everything else was disappointing:
No room boy to help with luggage.
Rooms smelled like old socks, and the floors were dusty.
Bathroom buckets had fungus, and no hot water in the shower.
Door mat was dirty and slippery – unsafe to walk after bath.
TV remote was missing in both rooms. After hours and repeated requests, they gave one remote for two rooms.
No water bottles unless asked.
Bedsheets were dirty and looked reused.
No room cleaning provided during our 2-day stay, not even once.
We also informed them in advance about our 3 a.m. checkout and asked for vehicle help — but nothing was arranged, and no one followed up.
For the price we paid, we expected clean rooms, basic services, and support — but got none.
Would not recommend unless they seriously improve.
