Room has a lot of bugs and ants. Cleanliness is average.

Appears safe.modestly clean. did not have two towers per room (had to ask and was provided). they had laundry trouble so pillows were stinky. approach road was horribly narrow. they promised breakfast (in the rate) but didn't have it and said it would only come at 9;30am from outside, so we had to suffice with coffee which was cold by the time they got it from somewhere else. But they were courteous and tried to be accommodative. they have a plastic still for my ageing mother to bathe, and didn't charge for an extra bed for my driver. good they included car parking. also there was strange noise of action from the room above us. when we reported the loud banging, it stopped. they claimed it was the people making something in the staff kitchen above us (at 9:30pm?? I think something else was cooking!)

Reserving was simple, the counter staff was outstanding, and the rooms were large and clean with clean baths.

the name of the hotel on the site and when you visit are different. it was difficult to find out the location. when I reached the room, it was not cleaned, there were bed bugs, bad odour in the toilet and mat was wet and dirty

Managed to have a comfortable stay within our budget. Perfect for couples who want quality without overspending.

Children had space to play. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were good with kids. Fair family price.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, and the experience was not at all satisfying. ✅ Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was polite. He even asked if we needed help with travel arrangements. ❌ But everything else was disappointing: No room boy to help with luggage. Rooms smelled like old socks, and the floors were dusty. Bathroom buckets had fungus, and no hot water in the shower. Door mat was dirty and slippery – unsafe to walk after bath. TV remote was missing in both rooms. After hours and repeated requests, they gave one remote for two rooms. No water bottles unless asked. Bedsheets were dirty and looked reused. No room cleaning provided during our 2-day stay, not even once. We also informed them in advance about our 3 a.m. checkout and asked for vehicle help — but nothing was arranged, and no one followed up. For the price we paid, we expected clean rooms, basic services, and support — but got none. Would not recommend unless they seriously improve.

We had a fantastic stay at Townhouse Near Padmanabha swamy Temple Our room was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. The blackout curtains ensured a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless with great water pressure. The high-speed Wi-Fi was a huge plus for our work needs. It truly felt like a peaceful sanctuary after a long day of exploring. We'll definitely be back!

confused by names...why two different names at Make my trip app and hotel name board...room is ok but bathroom is not clean... especially closet is horrible

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. They provide good hospitality and the rooms are spacious. Lift facility is available for all the three floors. Parking facility is not ample, but can accomodate 4 cars. Location wise it is very near to the temple North gate. We just walked from this hotel to the temple early morning. The location is safe. The cut road to the hotel is bit narrowed and you have to expert in driving. Make my trip says Townhouse Trivandrum but they have put the name board. So at present the name board is Rezt and Relax inn. I have uploaded the image here. Rooms are clean and neat. Staffs are very much courteous. Service is top quality. They don't allow visitors to the rooms. Highly recommended for Families.
