Prime Location. But room was not upto the mark. Bathroom was too small. Cloth stand inside the bathroom was too small to accommodate the towel itself. No soap stand. But there was plenty of hot water.No lift facility.

Had a great stay at Hotel Prathiba Heritage in Trivandrum.The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. My room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. I appreciated the 24-hour front desk and room service. The hotel's proximity to the railway station and Padmanabhaswamy Temple was a bonus. Overall, it was a good value for the price. I'd definitely recommend it to others visiting Trivandrum. Rating: 4/5

Congested room was allotted. Two single cots were attached and bathroom was not that clean. Night shift staffs behaviour is not worthy & feels like you have less security. Morning shift manager was polite and had good friendly behaviour. Two single cots were attached and took the amount of a double bed room. They should replace it with a Double cot or Queen size cot. Property have no parking and lift service as well.
