Only advantage of the stay is that it's located at a prime spot amid-st newtown, and the hotel rooms seems somehow maintained. Now let me add the mishaps that we faced during the stay:
1 just after entering the room (no. 303) we notice stains on the comforter and hairs on pillows. One of the pillows doesn't even have a pillow cover. 2 the bathroom knob is broken from outside, which means you cannot close bathroom while not in use. 3 both of the window blinds are torn apart half from top, thus no privacy. 3 we called the reception and requested the staff to change our room, after which they showed us another room which is in worst condition. This we refused. 4 we returned back to our room and asked the staff to change the comforter and pillow covers. He said it's just stain of tea spillage and cannot change it, not even he can arrange the pillow covers. 5 we settled down in the same room as nothing could be arranged. Then we notice there's no towels. We asked again for 2 towels (for 2 people, the staff came back with one used (it was little soaked) towel and said they provide only one towel per room. They won't be able to change the towel either. 5 being clueless about their service, i went for bath with the already soaked towel. Then just after a minute or two there is no water. I called at reception once again and he kept telling me about turning the knob properly, when i kept on stating that there's no water in tank. Finally after wasting energy on debate for 10 mins, they started the pump. 6 this doesn't ends here. They started yelling at us during check-out because we were 15 mins late, and charged 300 for the same. Btw, i expected less from this hotel because the price range was not at all expensive. But expecting "nothing" would be very foolish.
