room s are very good but food is not upto the mark service Good location also good amenities average

It is a misnomer to be termed as a resort. There was no electricity through the night continuously for two days. Restaurant services are also not upto the mark. Only limited items that to on advance order are available. No intercoms are in working condition. Staff strength is too less to cater to the requirement. heaters are not there. . Even towels are in limited supply. Overall would not recommend

The staff is welcoming and the location is very good with respect to tourist spots. The location is off-beat which is good for those who want to spend time away from crowds. The room was clean and quite spacious and there is ample outdoor seating. The Kangchenjunga range is clearly visible from the rooms when the sky is clear. Some issues we faced was frequent power outage and due to lack of staff, we could get food at specific time slots only and there was limited options in dining. But nevertheless it is a good place to unwind and relax.

Room was fabulous. Experienced a marvelous view of mt. Kanchanjangha range from room. Only room service is little bit bad due to shortage of staff and disturb intercom connection

I had an excellent stay.The view of Kanchenjunga is magnificent from here?The food is really tasty., and good.The owners themselves takes care of the guests which I found is missing in other big hotels...The service is good .The property and rooms is excellent .Will surely recommend

The food is homely fresh, healthy and awesome as per personal requirement with execellent service. The view awesome. The property has a lovely garden too. Will surely visit again with friends.

If u are coming to the hills to see the kanchenjunga and be with the mountains i would recommend this property to be the best. I relaxed with a few bottle of beer the entire evening at the beautiful outdoor space full of flowers of the property. The rooms are not only good but the property too has. Beautiful garden and lots 9f outdoor space to relax.

Actually the room that we have booked for 2 adults and 1 child was supposed to be deluxe, the room that has been shown in make my trip app, but the manager there has given us most untidy room having no amenities, lots of insects were roaming all around, we could not sleep well there. When we asked them that this was not our room, they simply denied and said that room was not for us. We were totally helpless, there was no network so could not able to contact make my trip, no wifi connection, nothing, i prefer that hotel should not be recommended in make my trip

Property is good. Well decorated, staffs behaviour is also nice and attentive. But location is very remote. Far away from the main market

After travel-ling from darjeeling gangtok and finally here, i found this place the best. Away from the hustle and bustle, here is peace with the best view of the kanchanjunga and the beautiful outdoor ambience.

The hotel is not professional but v homely and nice.The staffs are all v simple and friendly.We were lucky of the clear sky and got to see the sunrise from the property which was v nice & the kanchanjunga view is mind-blowing which is why we visit the hills.

It was quite a good experience. The hotel is far from the maddening crowd of the city, located in a beautiful and serene location. It's advisable to order your preferred meal a little before your regular eating time, since the food is always freshly cooked for you, which takes some time. Therefore, the food here is of quality and healthy for consumption. There's a BBQ and bon fire option in the hotel, which enriches your experience here further. In addition, the employees here are quite amiable and nice, overall very cooperative. I truly liked the working staffs here

The property has v big outdoor gardening space with lovely flowers to keep u in good mood. The best part the cinamascopic view of the mt kanchenjunga right from the bed room bed. The staffs will make u feel homely.

Room was not as expected. We booked deluxe room but receptionist said that he upgraded our room to premium (for which i am thankful to him) but the room didn’t had upto the mark infrastructure. 1. Shower was not working for hot water. 2. There was no bucket. 3. There was no boiling flask. 4. Cupboard’s door was broken.

The owners themselves lives there and takes care of the hotel which was worthwile. The hotel rooms are all worth paying and all made from pure wood. The kanchanjonga view is breathtaking from the room. Its away from the hustle and bustle of the city and v peaceful.

Worst experience ever. Resort Food was so bad …. Over all it’s a waste of time and money.

Room big and spacious. Food service not well. Water crisis in the morning. 9 km away from kalimpong

The delux room is just good for nothing. Space was really short. Water capacity of geyser was too short. Room cleaning facility was not up to the mark. Tv was just for show. Only food quality was good. And view was extremely awsome.

It's far away from kalimpong, apart from that most of the services, like basic services are missing, not enough water, hot water issue is there.
