It’s great to be here always and at all summit hotels their service is great and it feels good to be here all the time. Amazing staffs especially Smitha receptionist at summit lilum always takes good care of us. Will visit again thanks!

Excellent Stay
Amazing Experience over all, Hotel is near Kalimpong town, so no noise pollution, this property was so clean, Rooms were Cozy. All the staff were Nice, resturant rent name James,and forgetting girl name, both were too good, Specially Smita madam, what a Great Welcome by her. recommended for everyone.

The behaviour of one of the room service staff was very rude. Not much variety in the breakfast buffet.

Good Stay
The premium room was cozy and comfortable. But need maintenance. The staff were excellent in behaviour and etiquette. The food was wonderful, we had a complimentary breakfast. The view from the terrace was awesome.

Good Service
Good location, good rooms with great service staff. Breakfast buffet was decent, could be better in taste. 4/5.

Great view, cozy room, and delicious foo
Very nice room, with a great view. Excellent restaurant with terrace seating available and an even better view. Great food. Nice staff.

overall good but needs to improve
Room was good and specious but need to improve the cleaning part. There are lots of 🪰 that need to be taken care. Food quality is good but very expensive. Staff behavior are good. Overall good but needs to improve the above points.

Poor Stay
Location is far away from the main kalimpong city about 30 mins walking distance. Food is good but very very costly. Flush does not work, Wifi does not work. Apart from these things rest are good. I have given 2 stars as service and amenities are not even at par with the charge of room per day. This is probably the worst property of the Summit Hotel Chain.

Poor Stay
1. pathetic view from premium category room no. 106 & 108. 2. very costly food and with limited option ( for example 1 plate cucumber salad cost you 250-300). 3. Narrow approach road and limited car parkinh. 4. No lifts. Difficult for older people.

Average stay
While the location of the hotel is good with scenic views from the room and the balcony, service was a bit poor, food was overpriced and undercooked. Altogether it was a mixed stay.
