Beautiful property with a good view of tea plantations all around and located on a hill top.

Rooms were not so clean! The route to hotel is very dangerous! This room has best view but the cost doesnt match the room

Property location was great.It has mind-blowing view from the rooms.Hotel did not provide bathroom itinerary like soap etc.room was small for four people.

the Room is too far away from the road...no parking area near the room.. bad service... reallyy untidy surrounding... not at all suitable for family...please dont go there especially with old people... too much steps to reach the room

We did not stayed that night. Mentioned hotel has car parking but the road is very narrow and car parking is 100meters away. Car cant go throught that roads. Owner said to park car at main road and come to hotel by auto. Whats this kind of service by charging 3.6k per night. Owner said he will give us refund. So we did not stayed that night. It is not on the main road, about 300mtrs down from the road on a very small lane.. you cant take the car to the hotel, they arranged an auto to take the luggage to the hotel, but while checking out they couldn't find an auto, so we had to take most of our stuff by foot to the main road. Also, car parking is not available, since car cant enter the lane..W had to keep the the car parked on the road, 700mtrs from the hotel. The staff was very helpful. Kitchen is not up to the standards, not clean enough. Otherwise the stay was good and worth the price we paid.

Beautiful landscapes, clammy atmosphere, nice experience with unescaped, staff was nice, thanks bro, and very conventient.

The location is too far from the main road, and home is too ugly, no proper response, we suffer there. kindly don't go there.

Problems - Unfortunately the location is 200 meters away from the main road and it is extremely difficult to reach. Also the place is atleast 70-80 steps high which needs to be climbed to reach the hotel. They ask to keep vehicle on the main road(200 mts away) and they arrange auto (between 8am - 9pm) to pick and drop to hotel. As we never stayed like this before, this place looks inaccessible and, also bit risky as the roads are bit narrow with steep slope other side. Kitchen - The kitchen which they have arranged is actually their staff's kitchen which is not exclusive to guests. However the staff is helpful enough to share the kitchen. Service - We were able to manage to stay because of great help from Jibin (hotel manager who stays in the hotel). He is a young guy, extremely humble, polite, goes beyond his limit to help like a friend. It's only because of him our stay became manageable. Thank you! Location - It has one the best view of Munnar valley on all directions as its situated inside a small tea estates with layers of mountains in the foreground in Pallivasal area. The clear sky view in the morning is unbeatable. Rooms - Rooms with balcony are small in size but cozy. Its good and reasonable for it's price. Food - Nearby restaurants are not available, one can order from Swiggy/Zomato from Munnar. We tried to order pizza from city but unfortunately swiggy couldn't deliver it because of non availability of their staff, hence refunded. Swiggy/Zomato is not 100% reliable. Try to order early in the evening to avoid cancellation from Swiggy delivery partners. Verdict - If you are coming with kids or elders or dont want to walk or climb, please avoid. Else this is a great place to stay, offers incredible view and great hospitality till Jibin is there.

Good place for nature lovers. But not suitable to stay with family. Not easily accessible from main road. One way road is also not good. Quite difficult to reach this place after 6pm

Property located in good position, but you can't take your 4 wheel vehicle, hot water is draining within a minute, bathrooms have no locking, no lockers, no soaps provided, only good things happened in our stay in staffs are very good

Nice place to visit in hills of munnar. Superb view superb service nice gesture. Rooms feel alike home

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip with the unplugged escape. Budget friendly rooms and services. We had a good climate. My friends have come here before and they also had a good experience. Really chill with them
