Excellent Stay
The stay was very fantastic and the food was also quite good. With family we had a very happy and comfortable stay at the hotel. All the important places are also just walk away. It was nice staying there.

Decent place...approach is a bummer, though
Located close to the main market area. Approach is a huge challenge, especially with luggage. The staff were very helpful though. The food was good and the room was comfortable

Location & Rooms is good. Staffs are also good. Only things is that it is in Gali and have to walk about 200m to step in the property.

Dear Guest, location is 200-300mtrs away from city center police bazaar. This is a no entry zone for vehicles because it is a market place. Our staff helped you with luggage.

familyI shall start with the breakfast, the alu matar was tasty just like we have at home. We stayed hardly for 10 hours, spend just the night. The room, toilet and linen all were well maintained and clean and looks good. It’s nearby the market but at the same time secluded from the hustle and bustle of the market. There are many outlets both veg and non veg just near the homestay. The room is okay for two persons. We were 3. Yes, it has to go through narrow lane but in hilly areas houses are in narrow lane unlike in plains. If you have light luggage than the location is okay. Overall, i enjoyed my stay. The staff can be trained a bit on interaction with the guests, again i understand people of hills from this region are not very interactive so i didn’t face any problem.

The location of the hotel is not good for senior citizens, it is in a very s eluded place. There is no parking for the vehicle and sujit my manager was very rude when i asked to arrange for parking. There were many stairs making it difficult to go up and down.

Dear guest, sorry for the inconvenience caused. There are no steep steps to the property but big platform steps. Also for parking you have to check with us from before hand as we do not have parking. There is a paid parking in police bazaae hardly 200mtrs away from our property and we had directed you to the parking as well.

Location interior if language is present difficult to reach in hotel. Hotel in map the real location is far away from main road. At night people will face difficulty to reach. Overall staff behaviour is good and rooms are also good

The main road is less than 100meters away and 200meters from city center police bazaar. Hardly a 2mins walk.

good stay..based on other people’s reviews i thought that the stay was located very far from the main police bazaar but it was surprisingly near ..plus they sent someone to help us with locating the stay of which i am very grateful..we were three people and booked one room for one night..the room was well kept with clean sheets .. the bathroom had good water supply with geyser available as well..the dinner was good but breakfast was better..overall it was a good stay ..planning to book again 👍🏻

Terrible Stay
It was very bad. Because the homestay was very inside from the road. Very dangerous and not safe. The road was very narrow. I went to the home stay and returned from there, did not check in. I book another hotel which was very beautifull. Kindly refund my money. Because it was not safe for customer. I want my money back. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

I don't know since when a residential neighbourhood is termed as "Dangerous and unsafe. I already had two families living in the other rooms of the homestay. It is 200mtrs from police bazaar. Prime location. There are families which stay in and around the homestay building. And for the refund, you don't qualify for it as it was a non refundable booking.

It’s a room in a flat, too much costly for a normal room maybe because of location. Sounds keeps coming from outside so it’s a little irritating.

Sound? I am sorry to say but you checked in the dead of night and since this is a residential area everyone was asleep by then. We allowed you a late check in as well which we usually don't. And given the price, it is competitive in our location.

Not as per picture, lady was so selfish and rude. Not for travelers, kindly book any hotel instead of this.

What are you talking about? We have no female staff in our property also there is not a single picture that doesn't match our property.
Overall a great stay
Don't search for the property, instead search for domino's, then contact the property, otherwise the gps will make you walk a little too much. Some more pointers for travellers. Pros- 1. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. They were also cleaned daily. 2. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful. 3. The food was great, we tried a lot of dishes and all were delicious. They even provide early breakfast if you inform a day prior to your schedule. Cons- 1. As the rooms are at ground floor and the building is inside, no sunlight reach the room. So, the rooms were very cold. 2. They should provide slippers in the room as the tiles were very cold and also the bathroom flooring.
