Mr. Fried and his family made me really comfortable and made sure that i arrived safely at their place. I felt safe and comfortable as they were caring and ensuring my safety in shillong. I really recommend for solo women travellers to try this place at shillong. Also room was clean, and with 24 hrs hot water.

Hosts are very nice people. The room was neat and clean with comfortable bedding. The place is situated 20 meters from the main road hence can be reached very easily via bus, tempo or taxi from police bazaar.

Very nice peaceful and clean accommodation in good location. Police Bazar is very nearby from the place. At low cost, private and public transportation facility is available. Breakfast provided really nice and enough for one person. Nearby 2 quality restaurants are there. The Oak-Indian, Chinese and Tandoori everything available. Little bit costly.
