I often book the saibaba hotels for my stay whenever i come to chennai. I believe the rooms here are clean to meet my expectation, the breakfast options are great, the location is in a prime area, room service is not bad. Overall it makes me think that i get a fair value for the money being spent.

Last time also had a problem this time also i was having a problem it no ac working no hot water no italy for having tea coffee and hot water also inside. Not worth for 1500 rs for day. I really wanted to give a complaint against this property. Hotel abbu palace is the worst have ever been. 4. 4 good but little expensive

Food is horrible, toilet not clean and clogged. .

Hotel is in a prime location in central chennai and it pretty much felt like a 3 star hotel experience. The room we stayed was decent. I paid a little extra for the complimentary breakfast but it was worth it - they had sumptuous items for the breakfast. Room service was decent as well. Some observations - there was only one housekeeping person in the night and we had to wait for a long time for a service. We needed additional bed and the quality of the same was not great. Celiing above the room was wet (maybe because of excessive rains in chennai. They were renovating the hotel during our stay and it felt odd.

The hotel was very clean, good rooms. The good location in t nagar was convenient for us to travel around and do some shopping. However they could improve on the service. Miscommunication is not an excuse which can accepted when it happens twice.
