I had a fairly pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The staff were polite and warm, which created a welcoming atmosphere right from check-in. A broken faucet in the room was addressed proactively, which I really appreciated. The room itself was decent, and the complimentary breakfast package offered a reasonable spread.
One area that could use improvement is guest guidance. Before arriving, I called the hotel to confirm the closest metro station exit, but the reception staff were not aware. This caused some inconvenience, as I ended up exiting at the wrong gate and spent extra on commuting to the hotel. It would be very helpful if the hotel updated this information on MMT and ensured reception personnel are made familiar with it for smoother guest experiences.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good service, but attention to such small details could make the experience even better.
