It was a wonderful stay in the hotel. Everything there is awesome. The stuffs are very helpful. Food is also very good. Would love to visit the hotel again whenever we choose to go to Shillong.

Stain on the blanket cover not that great with the price of 2800 not that clean average experience it could be better in terma of room upgradation a bit more cleaner rooms

Hotel staff is just too good and warm. They would go above and beyond to help guests with anything they need. We had early flight and hotel staff made everything was available including breakfast on time for us in the room. So happy with their hospitality.

The room was spacious enough to accommodate 2+2. The staff was very helpful. They not just helped in booking a cab for Guwahati drop, he also arranged another cab within Guwahati city for sightseeing and airport drop. The food was also very nice.

Prime location, tasty and hygienic food, service was very good, staffs behaviour was very good, response was prompt. Amenities was up to the mark.

My stay at your hotel was quite disappointing. Overall, the experience was very poor. The service was poor, and the food quality was extremely bad—it was honestly quite pathetic. The hygiene standards were below expectations and did not match what was promised. The overall experience felt more like a bad property rather than what was advertised. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the quality of service, food, and cleanliness.

The hotel is literally located at good place ...even the rooms are very good and big enough....best part is there food and menu ...the pricing of food everything was damn good... highly recommend hotel in Shillong

location was good, food was reasonable and good but the only problem is this hotel does not have a elevator cause reception is on the first floor and room 2nd an 3rd floor i a senior citizen was given 3 floor even after requesting may be because I booked from MMT
