I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience i encountered during a recent hotel booking made through the makemytrip app. On april 5th, 12 pm, i booked a stay at "the leaf residency" via your platform for a three-day period. However, upon arriving at the hotel around 11:00 pm, my wife and i were appalled by the conditions we encountered. It became evident that the room we had booked had been allocated to another guest on an hourly basis. Furthermore, the atmosphere in the hotel was unsettling, as many patrons appeared to be intoxicated, and the reception area reeked of cigarette smoke. Due to the safety concerns posed by the situation, we made the decision to promptly vacate the premises and seek alternative accommodation. Regrettably, this ordeal resulted in considerable inconvenience and additional expenses for us.
