Neat room, wash room and clean linens. Courteous staffs. We also received a free upgrade to a superior room. Enjoyed our stay !

Pleasant stay, but cleanliness and breakfast need serious improvement Stayed at Kaisonn Inn recently and while the overall stay was okay, there were a few things that really took away from the experience. The rooms and premises had a strong, unpleasant smell almost like they were cleaned using a very old or musty cloth. It was hard to ignore and made the space feel unhygienic. The room size was decent and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout, which was a saving grace. Breakfast, however, was a real letdown. No aloo in the famous Delhi-style aloo paratha? That was a shocker. They served pav bhaji , an odd choice for breakfast but it didn’t taste like pav bhaji at all. Also, no eggs as the property is strictly veg, which might be a dealbreaker for some. Not the kind of start you’d hope for in the morning. If they work on cleanliness and improve the breakfast spread, the experience could be much better. Until then, it’s a mixed bag.

The scent you noticed was from the cleaning agent itself, not from an unclean or old cloth. However, we understand that the fragrance may not be pleasant for everyone, and we are actively exploring more neutral options. We also appreciate your honest comments about breakfast. We regret that it didn’t meet your expectations. Our breakfast is strictly vegetarian, and while we try to offer a variety of options, we acknowledge that some items may not align with everyone’s preferences. Not worth the money and unpleasant stay
The hotel was okay, but as soon as i arrived at my room there was an unpleasant burning smell and the staff just ignored my concern and after some time just drenched the room with room fresher, absolutely unpleasant stay and definitely not worth the hefty price!

We would like to inform you that we have upgraded your room from Premium to Luxury Room free of cost as goodwill gesture. Since the room has a full front glass, gas is produced due to the intense sunlight. The gas disappears 5 minutes after switching on the AC. it was not a burning smell.

Property is good and well maintained. Service staff was really good. Morning breakfast was also great and recommended. 1 less star because of dinner options and staff taking care of the night kitchen. Lack of options and intent to serve from the hotel's kitchen is less. They gave you the option of zomato which should not be the case overall a good experience and recommended
