Review Of FabHotel Grand Stay

Worst experience, room were not neat, washroom were smelly, no proper maintenance, mosquitos were all over the room, dirty towels and beds, dirt all over the floor, don’t choose this property

Rooms were average, lenins were not clean, bathrooms were not having sanitary items. No proper services- not having breakfast timing proper as alamut got delayed by 1/2 hour from the commitment of the breakfast timing. No proper information was provided and wrong information was passed on.

I had the opportunity to stay at this luxury property recently. From the warm greetings at beginning to the front office management to the food, everything was impecible. The rooms were clean and all our requests were acknowledged.

My recent stay at fab hotel grand stay was absolutely delightful. From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the warm welcome, efficient check-in, and the exceptionally friendly staff who were accommodating throughout my stay. The room was beautifully decorated, and the facilities were top-notch. The property itself is stunning, with nature present at every corner, making it hard to leave

very good service and staff room r neet and clean and staff talking behaviour is very good and polite. 🙏. i had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the ambiance was delightful, and the staff service was exemplary. the housekeeping team was very cooperative. we called them twice for additional cleaning, and they responded promptly and with a smile. overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. highly recommended!

The hotel assigned to me refused to entertain my request saying they are already oversold and they have informed fab hotels for the same. On contacting fab hotels i was given a mobile no of the same hotel and no body was ready to listen to my request. On again contacting fab hotels i was given location of another hotel where the room was terrible but i had no other alternative. The actual room rent was rs 2000. They did not have provision for even a cup of tea even on payment. Never expected such a treatment from makemytrip. Dr avinash kumar. This is the size of room given.

Overall worst experience. We reached early morning, around 6am, almost for 20 mins we were roaming around the location as no one knew the name of the hotel, no one was picking up calls hotel doesn't have restaurant facility location is so worst couldn't find any restaurant nearby for breakfast and lunch. Due to poor experience we have checked out at 4pm only. Complete trip experience got spoiled
