Yes i always prefer this hotel becuse of staff is to good , very calm and nice person , always support and food is to good. Hotel cleanness is to good very good location.

There are ants in the room. And service is average they come for early out asking early. If you want to visit then you will experience average I promise....

Location, food, amenities were good. But lift was not functioning which is a chronic problem. Major problem is the jim above hotel

Simple room with friendly staff. The room is basic but with the price. Hot water available 24 hours and the ac works great. Bed was comfortable and overall the room was clean. The breakfast has only 2 options - paratha and poha which was a disappointment but overall the stay was pleasant.

The hotel had a lot of power cuts throughout the day & they did not even have a proper generator facility ! we had a function & there was no electricity in the hotel which hampered the event as well & we had visited in may which was already 45* temp and with no electricity at all !

I stayed for a day at hotel, the staff found very polite and co-operative. Amenities were also fine. Food was very nice with reasonable rates at the hotel and trug restaurant (at ground floor) value for money!

Property us located on main palanpur abu highway itself and easy to locate but then in-spite of boasting a great ambience service is an issue. Even food is average

It's an average hotel. It was only night stop for us so we didn't expect much. Basic facilities are provided.

Room was comfy, great eating options around, great location. Had a short start but my expectations were met.
