It was the best experience, they also allowed me earlier check in, I enjoyed the experience, also thanks to the hotel Staff, also a budget friendly space to stay

Cleaning was terrible. Everywhere dust… I hv asked trice to change room since every room was u cleaned, toilet pot was Brocken, uncleaned, cockroache was roaming in bathroom. Bathroom light was off after every 15 minutes….. at entry also it was unclean area… vehicle was not allowed inside so we carried luggage in hand only

Ac is not working properly in breakfast buffet only 2 or 3 item is available and he charge 800 rupees for 2 person

Visited palanpur for a short business trip. I feel this hotel is ok looking into its budget. The facilities are ok according to budget. Rooms are small but clean. I feel ok for a solo traveller for a short stay.

I booked a room for 3500rs excluding breakfast. Although the staff is very professional it is hotel which lacks everything. The hotel is difficult to locate, there was no kettle in the room along with other basic necessities like toilet paper, new soap, towels etc, the bed frame is extremely low and the mattress is uncomfortable it felt like i was sleeping on the floor itself. The bathroom, toilets were extremely dirty as if they have not been cleaned in years, the soap wasn't even replaced and had all the old soap bars lying around. The breakfast was oily and just had poha and bread fritter which no other option not even sauce. Patrons can find better breakfast in a roadside stall or restaurant at much lower cost.

3 normal options of breakfast - if you can satisfy yourself keep cash handy with you because - you required to pay for bottle of water.

Blankets and bedspread was dirty. Room had no hot water neither geyser nor hot water supply in washroom. Bad reception

There were cockroaches and bed bugs in the room, bathroom fittings were leaking, for 2 buildings there was a single lift working. The staff were cooperative, it was approx 3 kms from palanpur railway station, they gave me an hour extra for check out. It was an okay type of experience

Hotel room was good. When i arrived the bathroom handle and toilet seat was dismantled. Toilet was not clean. Service time for tea was more than 25 min. Food quality average. Breakfast menu was limited and not many options. On positive side the cleanliness on public toilet close to dining area was excellent. People are humble and cooperative. Connection to palanpur and highway is excellent. Wifi was with average speed.

Neat and clean room. Very small bath room and the wash basin tap was leaking but no attention given. Breakfast was good in quality. Rest everything was fine.
