Nice Stay, Nice Service, Supporting staff, Clean & Hygienic Rooms and Food. Good for Late check-in and Helpful for early check-in.

It was a good stay at hotel capple, room was clean and spacious at affordable rate, break verity was limited but whatever offered was delicious. Room service was quick. Overall it was a great stay experience at hotel capple.

It was good but the service at restaurant is not at par please improve this. Other the rooms and all are clean and good

Rule changes every day. Yesterday on the 14th date they provided me with tea at 10. 45 and today they told me after 7pm we are not providing to tea. Not ready to clean. Not possible today. Clean on tommorow morning. Today told me after 7 pm not providing to tea

We reached late at 11 pm night but our reception was very comfortable and pleasant at the time of check in. Rooms are very clean and every basic things were a available in tidy manner. Only thing i feel is having only one option to eat in breakfast.

It's bad experience in this hotel, room cleaning not done, tv not working, after checking room change due to tv not working, shift another room, in that room tv not working, cleaning not done cockroaches there in room and bathroom

Bed linens are dirty and are not washed for long time. Room is having foul smell.

Its not good. Food qaulity is not good. Staff is average skill. No knowledge of quality standard. Understandig of staff is poor. If u order something u get another thing. They argue without any sense. No facilities in room even. Worsr ever. Remove it from mmt.

This hotel is very bad.. their rooms are horrible small.. staff is completely rude.. it’s not even worth small dhaba hotel.. washroom & bedsheets were completely dirty

Nice room and value for money

Didn't like cleanliness, bedsheets were not clean, and blankets are very bad, poor quality and noise in room was very much, won't able to sleep at night. Very poor experience but food was good, breakfast was bad.

Hotel rent is high and his room is very small, bed is very small no include breakfast.
