Location of the hotel is good & near to the palanpur railway station. Cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms maintain properly. Good stay for family. Staff also co-operative. Only for breakfast need more options or buffet to be kept. How will i get my hotel bill invoice?

Rooms are clean but bedsheets and blankets are off white and very old. They give cupboard for storage front side is looking good but when we open cupboard it was terrible 30% cupboard was water leakage in cupboard damaged. Hot water was nice but bathroom was not clean. They given complementary breakfast cold and serving tray are very badly conditions.

Hotel is average accordingly budget. Breakfast is as usual pauha , property is maintained but when I was go for shower 🚿 I on the geyser for hot water 💧 then I realized minor electric shock in the water and fittings I requested for changing my room. They are come and check my complaints for electricshock in water and confirm 👍 that issue give me a new room.

familyNo hot water, TV not working, breakfast included but no breakfast at 8:30 am, room not very clean, door lock alarm automatically sounding at 15 minutes interval for whole night, we were not able to sleep. Service very bad, or say service not available at all. Please don't book this hotel.
