I have been preferring this hotel for my last few visits to Pune. But I feel my last experience was not good. There were couple of issues but the good part is they fixed most of the issues on my first complaint itself. Just a small suggestion they can make the food quality more better.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype Despite heavy promotion at the entrance, there’s no gym, no AZU lounge as advertised. The food at the restaurant was quite average, lacking both flavor and variety. On arrival, there was no staff or driver assistance to help with luggage, which left a poor first impression. Overall, a very underwhelming experience for the price – definitely not up to expectations.

Average Stay
The property was very old and the building from the outside looked shady. Furtniture inside also did not look hygenic. I often use Fern for stay but this was not a good experience. This property needs rennovation. Also when i checked in, there was no fridge in my room and no bar counter.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at The Fern Residency MIDC Pune. I visited your establishment for a business trip and had planned to stay for three days. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly marred by persistent power fluctuations and a frequently malfunctioning air conditioning system. Great for a business stay if you need to visit the Bhosari MIDC and Chakan MIDC. Great service and stay. Staff was kind enough to help with many queries. Must try and is cost effective as well.

Excellent Stay
The stay was cozy, big shout out to the staff. I forgot my charger in room, housekeeping were meticulous in checking room and gave me just before i checked out. I also forgot my duffle bag in parking area and security was vigilant to keep it in safe custody.
