We had a great experience of staying two nights at Courtyard by Marriott, Chakan. The location is good, with a wonderful view from the rooms. Our room was well-designed and very comfortable. The swimming pool was beautiful and extremely well-maintained. All staff members were cheerful , friendly and helpful. The food was quite good, but expensive as compared to the room deal we had got from MakeMyTrip.

Extremely Luxurious, Comfortable Stay. From start to end every staff is welcoming, smiling and happy to help you. Every staff was very courteous and polite I ever saw. It’s my birthday Mr Akshay Susar and his team make my birthday very special and memorable. Room was very comfortable, cushion is so soft. Restaurant outdoor seating is very good. Chefs and restaurant staff is very prompt. Food is delicious and tasty, and vast variety available for dinner and breakfast. Reception staff was fast for check in - check out, housekeeping is up to mark and very highly appreciated. Security and valet staff was very good and love all people. Very memorable birthday in Marriott and thank you so much for this stay. Highly Recommend

Courtyard Chakan is my favourite place to stay whenever planning meetings in Pune around Chakan & Ranajangaon . Highly courteous reception team ( Rahul & others ) , same at the restaurant the manager & his team are very warm and welcoming . Overall they are committed to delivering a great experience to their customers and it is visible every-time I visit .

Loaction - Chakan. It is an industrial area so the roads are not the best. However, during the stay, you wont hear any kind of disturbances from anywhere around. The view is also not bad and there isnt anything immediately near the property itself. Food - What to say? It was mind blowing. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing. All our needs were catered to. For dinner, there wasnt any chocolate flav dessert and the head chef made it a point to quickly prepare a small portion for me and my friend. That really felt so special. Amenities - Pool - It was clean and clear. It was smelling of anything bad or even chlorine. Spa - We took a 60 mins spa session and all our needs were catered to. Everything was well explained by the manager. The oils, the specialty of these oils, the types of massages available for us. The spa itself was so relaxing. Post spa we got to select what kind of tea we would like to opt. Overall, Princess Treatment only. Services - We had booked a Deluxe room but were upgraded to an executive room on arrival. What a beautiful surprise. During our entire stay, the staff made sure to ask if we are comfortable and enjoying our stay. Catered to any request without being fussy at all. Pure Royalty. Absolutely enjoyed my stay there. Looking forward to go back.

Everything was great. Just a request to have a baby swimming pool so that kids can enjoy. Restaurant service was excellent

I had a super comfy stay at courtyard by marriott chakan. The hotel is a quiet haven right in the middle of a busy industrial town. The ambience, staff, food everything is top notch. Would love to visit again.
