Reception staff(male) are too much arrogant ,buffet breakfast is not up to the mark , cockroach’s in rooms , Rest In hose dining is good ( little expensive ) Over all not a 4 star experience. Location is good

The hotel was located very close to the Candolim Beach. The staff were accommodative, and the food was very good, especially the breakfast spread! The rooms were very neatly maintained and very spacious. A couple of hiccups, but the staff improved with every request.

Fern habitat is an excellent property right in the centre of Candolim, yet with serene views. The room had a beautiful view of the jungle and the coconut trees. There is also partial sea view from top floor. The roof top infinity pool and gym is next level. They served very delicious food. And service was top notch.

The apartment offered ample space, and covered parking was provided. The pool area exceeded expectations, appearing even more premium than depicted in the images. While the buffet selection was somewhat limited, the food quality was exceptional. Overall, the experience was highly positive.

Property reception and parking people are running customers by not allowing their cab pick up in hotel , instead telling carry your luggage and take it from road. This is pathetic, do not recommend to stay again here at any cost.

Cleanliness was not proper. AC was not working proper. Every day room key was deactivated. Food was not up to the standards.

Rooms are good. Bed is nice and comfortable. Pool has an excellent view, and that is where, all good things end. Staff is poorly trained and discourteous. Breakfast was very average on both days. Rock hard idlis, cold poori, upma smellng of raw oil, disinterested chefs. The list is long. And to top the bad experience, they refused entry to my 6 year old niece and my brother quoting some rule. My niece was excited about the gifts I had brought for her and also wanted to see the room I was staying in but the person manning the reception didn't let them come in just for 5 minutes so that she could collect her gifts. . I and my brother had to reason out with him for 10 minutes. We asked him to call his seniors or let me speak to them but he didn't listen. After a long argument, my brother told him to keep his ID and suddenly the guy agreed. I was astonished. if this was about keeping the ID before permitting the guests in, he could have asked for it in the beginning .That would have saved so much trouble to all. i was staying in a suite. It had a bed, a sofa cum bed and a 2 seater sofa. The 2nd day when i returned in the evening, i found that the sofa cum bed had disappeared from my room . i found it very strange? why would you remove it without informing me? And why would you even remove the standard furniture given in a suite room? Poor management and poorly trained staff, perhaps. Overall,I had an unpleasant experience and would not go back to this hotel ever.
