Review Of The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa

Dirty rooms with spider web, worn out paints, torn linen and pathetic service. The food is terrible and breakfast is the worst. The servers, receptionist everyone is clueless and doesn’t have basic courtesy of making your guest feel special.

The location of the property is excellent. Rooms are very spacious. Food could be better. Facilities are limited.

A pleasant hotel and the room was very big the food was good but it a unique feeling and it is near Candolim beach

Hotel is at good location and taste of food was good but had limited repetitive menu and one day we ordered pasta in dinner but it has insect in it so little disappointed there. overall stay was good but can be better

Stayed with family for a night, on 16-Oct-25. Location and Food was good. Rooms are spacious. 24x7 security is available. Pool is well maintained The overall cleanliness is average, especially bathrooms. The bathroom door lock was not working and they didn't know about it. Normally staff in hospitality industry is much polite than the staff here. Heavy rush and due to this, service is average. Room services are limited in morning 6.00 to 8.00.

The food is Fare enough there is a possibility of improvement in terms of Items

property is very nice. Very nice swimming pool. Breakfast spread is also very nice. Room is bigger and also very nice. I will sure go there next time too.

Housekeeping staff almost never responded to calls and had to call reception every time. Breakfast was okay okay. Room was clean and nice. Reception Staff was very cordial. Location is easy to reach

Nice property ,courteous staff ,The terrace top restaurant though has lot to improve ,Hygenie & presentation ...specially during breakfasts.Its all in mess

We had a great time at Fern Habitat. We stayed for four nights. The food was excellent, and the staff were very polite. The infinity pool was amazing, and the location is close to Candolim Beach. I would definitely recommend this place.

i guess has forgotten how service industry works... Though they do know how to charge service l... Not a good experience... Not going to recommend... Rooms are spacious and clean and thts the end...

Property is beautiful but the staff in reception needs improvement. They lack communication among themselves and donot keep records properly updated of payment made earlier. I was asked to make a payment omce more even if I already did that earlier. However, they agreed when I showed them the screenshot of the payment I made earlier.

recently stayed at the property and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The property is well-located, making it convenient to reach nearby attractions, shopping areas, and transportation facilities. It felt safe and accessible, with everything I needed within a short distance.

Reception staff(male) are too much arrogant ,buffet breakfast is not up to the mark , cockroach’s in rooms , Rest In hose dining is good ( little expensive ) Over all not a 4 star experience. Location is good
