I, along with my family reached at 1:30 am (midnight) and I booked on spot through MMT. But it showed my booking was from mrng 10 am to 5 pm. So we requested at reception who was helpful and understanding and allowed us to stay in the hotel room where we left same day @10 am.
Room: Day Use Room 10 AM to 5 PM (check-in and check-out on same day)

Terrible Stay
it has only 1 car parking in underground getting suv under is headache. also, water leakage in it. don't kow if it's sewage. got free upgrade of breakfast from mmt but only puri bhaji and tea was served. dining room was very dirty and un hygienic... molds all over walls. the moment you enter hotel it's dark. no lights in parking, lobby, and staircase had to use our mobile torch had complained reception and they are least bothered. lifts not working. rooms are spacious but not maintained

Terrible Stay
First of all never experienced underground reception. you have to walk through parking ramp to there, don't expect any cozy seating at reception. Don't expect everything there unless we demand, one room AC was leaking , suddenly they offer another room with same quality, lack of maintenance wash room exhaust not working, Food and bar prices are high compare with nearby restaurants. Situated in a narrow gully, reaching there is a task. several times taxis found difficult to reach there. Whatever the offers seeing during the booking not aware by them.

Not recommended to stay here.
In this hotel room cleanliness is missing, rooms are smelling, linen is not changed. Also approach road to the hotel is too much crowded, if you are taking a four wheeler, it is just not possible. Smelling rooms.

Excellent Stay
Location was good. very well crowd in restaurant. Friday Saturday just like party hall. amenities good got complementary coffee food is aslo best. chiken thali was yummy. service wise also good nearest to dagadu sheth mandir, shaniwar wada , Lal mahal so that makes our visite more earlier and easier

Terrible stay the hotel is all shady and dirty and has a horrible stinky smell everywhere…. The bathroom tap water is yellow ,stinky and dirty just like sewage just had a terrible experience here …the staff here is also not coordinating with your demand.

At the entrance one executive with security informed room is not available and I was given a room in adjacent hotel Krishna, room was full of cockroaches AC was not working

Citiotel Hotel is located in the central location of Pune, from where we can go easily to deccan Shivajinagar, etc..staff is good. The room is good.
