The hotel staff was great room were also very good and clean must stay and also the food was great with best rates and many options in breakfast

Business stay 14 to 15 April 2025
Stay was on 14 April to 15 April 2025, basic amenities are there, room service can be improved. Breakfast options are limited but can be added to menu

Good pleasant stay for 4 days
we had a good stay at tgi for four days. rooms and bathrooms were clean. I wish they had exhaust in bathrooms which can take away smell. breakfast was good.They should include goan food for lunch/dinner options...we found most of the food was keralite based but chinese items were good. chapati was good.Staff is super helpful both at reception and in restaurant...Some guest keeps plates outside and those are not taken away for a longer time staying there outside the room for many days.. this can be addressed. connectivity is good.microwave can be added if possible it will help to heat food if ordered for room service.

Food was good but when we asked for extra towels staff said they don't have extra rather the towels given were torn also refrigerator was not working. Rather you should compensate me for inconvenience caused to me even when i paid such hefty amount. You should contact ameya grand. Rest staff was hospitable but service was too slow. Also they charged extra for ice

Average Stay
The reception desk is not cooperating well. In the room i found an empty bottle of shower gel and hand wash. Even restaurant timings are also not flexible. They don't serve anything after 10. 30 pm which is really disgusting

Goa tour
Stay was good, location is very close to near by attraction within 3 kms, we missed the complimentary breakfast due to issue in booking with make my trip for which need to pay additional 1300 from pocket but if we had booked directly it would be the same price what was paid via make my trip with complimentary breakfast

Poor Stay
The rooms were ok but it didn’t have refrigerator, hair dryer. It costed us too much. Not worth the money

Terrible stay
coupleThe hotel room and the bedsheet was smelling. The address given for the hotel was incorrect. It took us more than a hour to locate the property and when we tried to contact the hotel no one was picking up the phone. There were no ventilation in the washroom. I will not recommend for a stay in this hotel.

Value for money property and suitable for business travellers
businessProperty is slightly away from the most happening place of panjim. Room service is fat but the quality of food needs improvement. May be they need scout for better chef. Break fast spread is decent. Kitchen closed by 10 pm even for in mates, which is unfortunate at place like goa where night life is important
