We stayed here for day it was amazing room was clean had a beautiful view and the food was amazing and not pricey stafs were very polite and was an amazing experience It was awesome stay rooms were good and hygiene and stafs were very friendly food was yummy and affordable

Rude staff behaviour. Pathetic breakfast. Smelly rooms. Location also not good. All in all not a good hotel to stay.

First thing that comes to mind is the quiet, serene and beautiful location by the rivers. Staff were friendly and helpful . Rooms were kept clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. Altogether, a wonderful experience.

Not a good communication skill house keeping staff and no door bell and no wifi was working no tv was in working condition

Air condition is not working in first room so change the room but in another room also ac and fan not working, reception person also not supportive so contact MMT and MMT solved issue after 4 timesh 30 min call at 11 PM

Perfect stay with pleasant location and view. Restaurant staff was very courteous. Food was nice.

Room and amenities were okay. Service was above par. Cleanliness is one area where improvements can be made. The best part is that it is conveniently located midway between Panjim area and Old Goa. So, both areas can be toured easily by staying here. As mentioned, it is close to the river and provides a nice serene view of the river. Overall , nice stay.

We stayed here for a night while passing via goa. It was a pleasant surprise as the room is very big. It had a beautiful view of Mandovi River. Room is very clean. Easily accommodated 4 of us. Toilet is very clean. Food in the restaurant along the river side is good. One of the curry was not good and we complained, they did not charge for it. As we left early morning they packed us complimentary breakfast. The management is very friendly.

Property is small and cozy. Room size is big but no other amenities. Food some was good. But some below average. No consistency. In the name of vindaloo God knows what they served us and fish fry was bland, no taste, and not cleaned. Gulabjamuns were spoilt. And the amount was also not refunded. Overall good stay. For food better to order from out.

Its a marvelous stay with lake view. In night its best for a nostalgia light music dinner. Mandatory check list in goa!

The property is very near to old goa. It's situated in a quiet place touching the river. The caretakers are very professional. Also loved the restaurant food.

This hotel property is well maintained and food and view from room and hotel ambience was remarkable, i would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in south goa, must try their breakfast and authentic goa dishes, thanks blu missel for making my vacation stay wonderful

My wife dr jyoti stayed there. Little more walking is needed to reach property, as its near to the river. Room, breakfast, services are good. Thanks and regards
