The promised amenities were not present and the hotel location is in very congested place with no proper parking

It was overall a good experience. The hotel is close to calangute beach albeit a approx 200 m inside from main road where road is narrow so it's difficult to take cars. We had to ditch our cab and walk with luggage, but it wasn't a long distance so still okay. There was no mirror in the room so dressing up was a bit tricky. There was a small mirror in the washroom. Overall can't complain but could have been better.
